Subscription Policy

This Subscription & Recurring Billing Policy (“Subscription Policy”) governs any recurring payments or subscription services purchased on jmbarossa.com. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscription Overview

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method at the intervals (e.g., monthly, annually) specified at the time of purchase. All pricing and terms will be clearly disclosed during the checkout process and will not be hidden within general service agreements.

2. Billing & Notifications

To ensure transparency, we adhere to the following notification standards:

  • Renewal Reminders: For subscriptions with a trial period or promotional rate, or for any subscription cycle ≥ 7 days, we will send a reminder via email/SMS at least 7 days before the renewal date.
  • Transaction Confirmation: After every successful charge, you will receive a Billing Notification via email. This receipt will include:
    • The amount charged.
    • The transaction date.
    • Instructions on how to cancel your subscription.

3. Easy Cancellation (“Convenient Cancellation”)

We believe in a simple and fair cancellation process. You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Online: Log in to your “My Account” area and navigate to the “Subscriptions” section.
  • Email: Contact us at [email protected] with your order details. Once canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current paid period.

4. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

Subscription refunds are handled separately from our standard 3C product returns:

  • Accidental Renewal: If you forgot to cancel and were charged, contact us within 48 hours of the charge. Refunds may be granted at our discretion if the service has not been utilized.
  • Unauthorized Transactions: We take disputed or unauthorized charges seriously. Please contact us immediately to investigate before initiating a chargeback.
  • Trial Periods: If a trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged the full subscription fee.

5. Documentation & Receipts

For every billing cycle (Initial and Renewal), a digital receipt will be stored in your account and sent to your registered email. These documents will clearly state the Next Billing Date and the Recurring Amount.
