3. Non-Returnable / Restricted Items

  • Digital/downloadable software, gift cards, and final-sale items.
  • Products with tampered serial numbers or missing anti-counterfeit labels.
  • Items damaged by improper handling, unauthorized modification, or non-standard usage.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items if opened/used (where legally permitted).

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include order number plus photo/video evidence. We will prioritize replacement or refund after verification.

5. Return Process

  2. Wait for return authorization and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship using the instructed return method.
  4. After receiving and inspecting the return, we notify you of approval or rejection.

6. Refund Method and Timing

  • Processing time: usually 5–10 business days after inspection approval (bank/payment provider timelines may vary).
  • Shipping fees and expedited service fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-responsible returns: buyer pays return shipping.
  • Our error (wrong/defective/damaged item): we cover return shipping or provide prepaid label where available.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

9. Chargebacks and Abuse Prevention
